A challenging trip with many rapids
This tour is for the sportier among us. A spectacular trip where we encounter high waves and deep holes. This route is characterized by long passages with a lot of water volume. A trip full of jumps and slides
Near the village of Viu de Llevata there is a beautiful canyon that is also named after this village. In this canyon we can jump from almost all waterfalls. Here we encounter jumps and slides such as: "the unexpected", "the trampoline", "the death jump" and our personal favorite "the tarzan". If this all causes a little too much adrenaline, it is of course possible to abseil on a rope with every jump.
The spring gorge is the ideal place to push your personal boundaries while enjoying a beautiful piece of nature.

The Riu Noguera Pallaresa is a beautiful kayaking river with many options for both novice and advanced kayakers.
Recently we have the so-called "hot dogs". These are 1 or 2 person inflatable kayaks. This has made kayaking a little more accessible and you can experience the beautiful trip through the Collegiate Gorge in a spectacular way.

# Frequently Asked Questions
As a parent, am I required to join on the river or into the canyon? No, you don't have to. Your teenager is more than welcome to join our guides on their own. We will, however, need to look at transportation to the activity, as space in our own vans is limited. But truth be told: experiencing that adrenaline rush together is, of course, the most fun!
What if my teenager suddenly finds a jump or rapid too exciting or scary? No problem at all. Our instructors are trained to motivate young people, but we never force anyone. During canyoning, for example, your teenager can always be lowered down safely and gently with a rope instead of jumping. Safety and a positive experience are our top priorities.
Can my teenager and younger child (for example 10 years old) do an activity together? Yes, absolutely! The ages listed on our website are **recommended** ages. We are happy to look together with you at what best suits your family. In consultation, we can adjust the tours so that both your teenager and your younger child experience a wonderful and safe day on the water or in the mountains. Please feel free to contact us to discuss the options!
Do teens go out in a group with kids their own age? Yes, we always try to match our groups for teen activities with other teenagers as much as possible. Facing a whitewater river or jumping off a waterfall together with other young people makes the experience extra cool for them!
